Allegation of Animal Neglect – Naas District Court

Man Charged Under the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013
16 July 2020. Naas District Court. A man was charged under Section 11, 12 and 13 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013. Also a charge for no equine passport.
