Allegation of Animal Neglect – Naas District Court
The Leinster Leader reports a man was prosecuted for an “alleged offence under the Animal Health and Welfare Act at Kildoon, Nurney on February 24 last”. My Lovely Horse Rescue assisted Gardaí with this case. Full article from the Leinster Leader here.

Man Charged Under the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013
16 July 2020. Naas District Court. A man was charged under Section 11, 12 and 13 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013. Also a charge for no equine passport.
